Volunteers

We’re looking for volunteers to keep the score during XEUCF21 in Bruges. We need 2 scorekeepers/timekeepers per field per day.

On Thursday & Friday that’s 14 fields and on Saturday and Sunday we’ll play on 12 fields, so we need a crowd ;-) 

You can join us for 1 day or multiple days, your choice!


The food and drinks are free on the day(s) you keep the score/time. If you want to join us for dinner on a day you don't help us out then that's possible, but it won't be free!

 

What do we offer?

  • Top ultimate games for 4 days from the first row
  • Free breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Free diner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, if you 
  • Free drinks during the day
  • 30 euro per day to cover your lodging and travelcosts

What do we ask of you?

  • You keep the score & time on 1 field for the whole day. From Thursday till Sunday or a subset of this
  • You arrange your own lodging
  • You know the rules of ultimate frisbee
  • You have at least a couple of years experience in playing ultimate frisbee
